Google Accounts are the most important part of your Google experience. Here's how to set up your account.
1. Sign in to your Google account.
2. On the left side of the screen, click Account settings.
3. In the “Sign-in options” section, click Manage my devices.
4. Select or deselect all the boxes you want to allow access to your account from each device that you want to grant access to your Google account from.
Google Account Setup
When you set up a Google account, you can access your Google Apps productivity tools, and use your email address to log in to other services. You can also use this information to sign into your Chromebook.
To set up a new Google account:
1. Go to the “Sign in with a different account” link on the right side of your screen.
2. Click Create an account.
3. Enter your name, email address, and password (for security reasons, make sure that you choose a strong password).
4. Click Sign in with this account at any time in the future to use it with any other Google product or service that uses this email address (including Gmail).
Setting up your Google account
You can set up a new Google account, or add an existing one.
To set up a new Google account:
1. Go to https://accounts.google.com/signup?hl=en_US&passive=true
2. Create an account with the same email address and password that you already use for your existing Google profile.
3. When prompted, agree to these terms of service and click "Next"
4. Your new Google account will now appear on your phone or computer as an icon in the upper-left corner of your browser window, or as the small icon at the top right of your screen (depending on what device you're using). You can also go to https://www.google.com/ and click Settings > Accounts > Add Account > Manage Accounts > Next > Sign-in options to manage your different accounts
